I worked with Jo on both buying and selling a home and I dont have a bad thing to say about her for either process. She knows the process backwards and forwards and guided me and my wife through everything and kept everything moving and both processes closed on the dates she promised they would. When I first contacted her, it was a Saturday afternoon and within 2 hours she had 10 listings that matched the criteria we had given her. Then she threw in some other ones for us to see.
